An excellent quality clear water-based sealer that protects wood, concrete, and brick, from moisture damage. Penetrates the surface of the substrate to seal and protect from the inside out. It also protects against damaging de-icing salts. 1 gallon will protect from 100 to 300 sq. ft. depending on type and porosity of material. Can be painted or stained.
